Mô tả công việc

  • Identify and develop new business leads (corporate, travel agents, MICE, etc.).
  • Maintain, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts according to company standards.
  • Conduct sales calls, sales visits, and attend networking events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B, and Events teams to ensure service quality meets client expectations.
  • Prepare sales reports, market updates, and recommend new business strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services/tele-marketing

• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
