Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the Housekeeping Department in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle all communications in accordance with resort standards.
  • Receive, record, and follow up on guest requests and internal work orders, ensuring proper coordination with relevant team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including room status, discrepancies, and housekeeping productivity reports.
  • Manage and organize all departmental records, documents, and filing systems accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and internal communications.
  • Prepare requisitions for housekeeping supplies and coordinate with the store for timely collection.
  • Update and maintain the Housekeeping information board and internal communication channels.
  • Ensure the Housekeeping office is well-organized, clean, and operates efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, schedules, and other documentation as required by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
  • Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
