Head of Finance

The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations within a dynamic casino environment. This position encompasses the oversight of cage operations, financial planning, management of budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly within the casino industry. The ideal candidate will bring a robust financial background, combined with extensive experience in casino or gaming finance operations, and the leadership acumen to oversee a comprehensive financial strategy.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Direct and oversee the Company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cage operations, ensuring efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to meet the Company’s objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial analysis and planning to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
• Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to integrate financial management with overall operational strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and other relevant financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee financial risk management strategies.
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
• Lead initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
