Mô tả công việc
Supervise and manage daily operations across all resort kitchens (All-Day Dining, Specialty Restaurants, Banquets, etc.).
Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food meet 5-star standards.
Train, develop, and manage the culinary team, including scheduling and performance evaluation.
Assist in menu development, innovation, and implementation.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
Enforce strict adherence to HACCP and all food safety & hygiene standards

Yêu cầu công việc
- College Degree or above
- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
- English - Good level, written & spoken
- 2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel.
