Mô tả công việc

• Identify and delegate responsibilities to supervisor and staff to ensure objectives are met and

excellent service consistently achieved

• Effectively supervise the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

• Promote the culture and values of restaurant

• Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff

• Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to achieve restaurant goals

• Coordinate communication between FOH and BOH

• Prepare shift schedules for team and organize the operation

• Schedule periodic food & beverage staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and

obtain feedback from staff members

• Work with staff to ensure proper food and beverage service with proper procedures

• Handle guest complaints in restaurant and report to the Restaurant Manager

• Ensure food & beverage quality, safety and cleanliness to meet brand standards

• Consistently monitor product and labour costs to remain within goals

• Follow the Brix Eatery Saigon policies and procedures, including cash handling, security and safety
