Position Summary:

Service staff are the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Customer Interaction:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their table.

Present menus, answer questions about dishes and make recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Service Excellence:

Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and professionally.

Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.

Handle special requests (e.g., dietary preferences) and communicate them to the kitchen.

Table Maintenance:

Followed opening and closing procedures

Check equipment’s damage and report to seniors

Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.

Refill beverages, replace cutlery, and address any table needs.

Team Support:

Assist team members during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.

Assist in setting up the bar and providing wine service

Communicate effectively with the Captain and Supervisor regarding guest needs or issues.

Participate in pre-shift briefings to understand daily objectives.

Adherence to Standards:

Follow hygiene and safety protocols strictly.

Handle payments accurately and process transactions through the POS system.

Base on government rule

12 AL/year ( pro-rated for incomplete year )
