Tradesman / Nhân viên Kỹ thuật (Điện Lạnh)

Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.

Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or

problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Operational

Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall

success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through

Teams”.

Carries out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and

ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.

Operates assigned machines/ equipment or “Primary Plant” as to provide continuous and consistent

utilities required for operations.

Handles the verification, storage and utilisation of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the

established policy and procedures.

Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.

Properly handles and maintains all power tools.

Submits request to the Team Leader / Maintenance Engineer for the purchases of parts and

consumables.

Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.

Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations

Ensures fire, life and safety systems are operational.

Performs emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety; e.g., such as attending to fire alarms,

lift rescue.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience as the same position.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experience using hand and electrical tools.
