POSITION STATEMENT
A Concierge with Hilton Hotels and Resorts keeps constant vigilance of activity on and around the hotel property and reports, with documentation, incidents with the intent of improving the safety and security of Guests, Team Members, and others.
CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Concierge, together with your direct Manager, you are responsible for your department to deliver an excellent guest experience and follow Hilton standards.
You are the first point of contact for dealing with any general management related inquiries that arise within the hotel. The position predominately involves face-to-face contact with Guests and represents Senior-level hotel management in their absence. It is also the Management contact point for any hotel operational issues that arise that cannot be resolved by the department. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Follow the procedures on luggage related matters and in charge on behalf of the Chief Concierge in his / her absence to ensure that operations run smoothly
• Report all irregularities to the Chief Concierge and seek assistance from the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager whenever needed
• Give recommendations on hotel operations when opportunities arise to improve services, increase revenue or reduce costs.
• Up to date with information and have detailed knowledge of facilities, attractions, places of interests, sights and activities in and around the hotel, imparting this knowledge to other team members.
• Contact with supplier to arrange all Transportation, preparing service voucher and deliver to Receptionist accordingly.
• Control the Transportation Master File to ensure all guests who booked Airport Pick-up and Drop-off are well prepared.
• Input information into Opera regarding guests, ensuring accuracy, all details are completed, and that the information can be clearly understood by other team members
• Manage Guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow-up on other tasks assigned by your superior.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Positive attitude, and good communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an luxury hotel environment
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in other languages, Chinese, Korean, Japanese are preferable
- Knowledge of the local area
- An in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector
- Familiar with Property Management Systems; Opera system
