- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings, conferences, and events.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand awareness, drive bookings, and increase market share.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and feedback.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the resort's website and online presence, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
- Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to drive traffic and engagement.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase online visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Manage press releases and media inquiries.
- Organize press trips and media events.
- Monitor media coverage and track brand mentions.
- Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum one - three years experience as the same position in – 5 stars hotel/resort
• Bachelor’s degree preferred majoring in guest service, business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mastering in hospitality activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
