Mô tả công việc

Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Develop and implement beverage menus that appeal to an international clientele, balancing
classic and contemporary options
Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, and minimize waste.
Ensure all bar equipment and furniture are maintained in excellent condition.
Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and peak seasons.
Control costs while maximizing revenue through upselling and promotions
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgeting, and forecasts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Hospitality or similar
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment
Strong understanding of bar operations, beverage management, and guest service standards
Proficiency in English
Financial acumen, with experience in cost control and budgeting.
