GUEST RELATION OFFICER

1. Replying all questions/reviews from social media/ tripadvisor/ google

2. Engagement with guests during their stay

3. Promote hotel services

4. Dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special request and any other issues.

5. Meet & greet guest upon arrival / check out to encourage them leaving good review on online platform.

6. Be visible at hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly during busy time to assist

7. Anticipate guests need & request

8. Offer current knowledge on all hotel products, services, policy and emergency procedures

9. Assist reception team in other frontline tasks when necessary

10. Create post (video/ photo) on social media of hotel periodically, able to shoot media, use Canva / video editor software...

This position responsibility will be working rotately at all 3 hotels: Hammock Fine Arts, Hammock Ben Thanh, Hammock Global city

Working time: 08:00 – 17:00, lunch break,  off 8 days / months (not on weekend), AL 12 days/ year

Fluent English, Chinese/Korean is a plus

Relevant experience 2 years strong engagement with customers
