Mô tả công việc
- Maintain the building and equipment in excellent condition.
- Maintain high morale and cohesion of all technical staff.
- Maintain effective communication with all other departments.
- Prepare budgets for capital expenditure, energy management, and staffing.
- Appraise staff performance, providing feedback, recognition, and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Oversee work order control and management.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage and oversee renovation projects.
- Lead and execute systems improvement projects.
- Oversee the contracting out of engineering works when necessary.
- Manage the operation of all engineering systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Ensure all licenses related to engineering systems are up to date.
- Control staff attendance and manage annual leave schedules.
- Lead energy conservation initiatives and audits to improve sustainability.
- Provide ongoing training and development for engineering staff.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of engineering staff.
- Attend and chair necessary meetings, including safety briefings.
- Lead the team in all matters related to fire life safety (FLS).
- Coordinate with all department heads to ensure seamless operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel or building services engineering, including management roles.
- Sound knowledge of building services engineering, energy management, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
