Restaurant Manager

• As the Restaurant Manager for Char Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our beachfront dining venue. This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional who delivers exceptional guest experiences, drives team performance, and ensures operational excellence within budgetary and brand guidelines.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the daily operation, uphold high standards in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Team Leadership: Manage scheduling, delegation, and staff performance. Provide training, mentorship, and foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized, and memorable service in line with Fusion’s hospitality standards. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with culinary and front office teams to elevate the overall guest journey.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, control labor and inventory costs, and ensure operations meet budget targets without compromising quality.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and internal SOPs.
