₋ Develop, organize, and execute business strategies and plans for the restaurant in line with short-term and long-term business objectives;

₋ Establish standard operating procedures for the restaurant;

₋ Create appealing promotional programs tailored to specific times of the year to boost restaurant revenue;

₋ Address and resolve any arising issues or incidents effectively;

₋ Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery;

₋ Take responsibility for continuous service improvements in the restaurant;

₋ Manage and oversee restaurant business activities and provide periodic business performance reports;

₋ Supervise internal operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and work monitoring;

₋ Train and develop restaurant personnel;

₋ Oversee and ensure the proper management of assigned fixed assets;

₋ Monitor and control costs based on established criteria and budgetary guidelines set by the company;

₋ Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety, and other hotel/restaurant standards;

₋ Perform other tasks as required by direct supervisors.
