Marketing
In charge of developing, implementing and managing hotel social media activities, updates. Tailor content to suit each platform's best practices and audience preferences.
Assist in implementing photo and video shooting for social media posts, and special events at the hotel.
Monitor social media channels regularly, engaging with comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures. Develops good community contacts among government, businesses, associations, etc. and supports ad-hoc events and or projects in the community.
Assist in the management and deployment of hotel Marketing initiatives and all MKT related activies such as photo-shooting, event support, etc.
To be responsible for building and maintaining a permission-based email list by category and to implement electronic communications where appropriate.
To assist the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure all hotel websites and other digital platforms of the hotel are regularly updated and list most relevant information and rates/offers;
Analyze and evaluate performance of marketing and promotion campaigns. To prepare reports and analysis of hotel websites and to share this with the management and sales team.
Assists in establishing annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan.
Graphic Design
Develop media communication tool, online and printed collaterals following Hyatt Place brand standards directed by Marcom Manager.
Assists in ensuring all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with Hyatt International’s brand standards.
Administration
Maintains records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel.
Updates and checks departmental expenses against budgeted costs.
Works closely with suppliers concerning printed and promotional matters.
Processes and follows-up on invoices and payments.
Provides administrative support to the Department.
Responds to work request within 24 hours.

- 100% salary during training and probation period.
- Insurance will be followed Vietnam government laws.

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing communication / Public Relation.
- Minimum 1 year work experiences as Marcom Executive or relevant.
- Fluently using AI.
