Mô tả công việc

Assist GM with schedules and working plans
Implement quality assurance processes that meet the company’s mission and brand standards
Target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the property level.
Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail.
Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
1 year related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good writing skills, leadership skills, and foreign language.
