- Fish Filleting & Processing: Clean, fillet, and prepare sturgeon for cooking and distribution.
- Caviar Processing: Assist in the preparation and handling of caviar following hygiene and quality standards.
- Kitchen Setup: Support the head chef to set up the kitchen station for efficient sturgeon processing and cooking.
- Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of fish and caviar.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop and refine sturgeon-based dishes.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience working with fish – filleting, cleaning, and processing.
- Previous experience in professional kitchens (fish or seafood experience preferred).
- Neat, polite, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to set up a proper workstation and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- English communication skill.
