Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting the Korean market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean travel agencies, MICE planners, Wedding Planners, corporate clients
- Conduct regular sales calls, business trips, trade shows, and roadshows in Korea.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively drive sales to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create market-specific promotions and advertising.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer behavior within the Korean segment
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis
- Coordinate with the hotel’s operation and revenue teams to ensure service excellence for Korean guests
- Negotiate contracts, group bookings, and special packages tailored for Korean partners

Required Skills:

- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Korean customer behavior.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
Required Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean travel market (leisure, corporate, MICE, weddings).
- Solid understanding of hotel sales processes, revenue management principles
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2–3 years focusing on the Korean market.
- Previous experience in 5-star hotel/resort is preferred.
- Experience participating in international travel fairs and conducting sales missions in Korea
