Mô tả công việc

Events Executive Tasks:

  • Receive MICE/Event group handover from Sales in charge of that group after contract signed and first deposit settled
  • Conduct site inspection for Agents/ End-user of requested MICE/Event group.
  • Issue BEO
  • Follow up remain payment/ rooming list/amendment before group check in
  • Follow up extra requests for group
  • Main contact for MICE/Event group from the time group check in

Sales Executive Tasks:

  • In charge of Wedding enquiry
  • In charge of agents in Phu Quoc and Mekong Delta area
  • In charge of site-inspection , Fam trip for Leisure agents
  • Support Sales team to submit documents to GM to sign and other paperwork requested from DOSM

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to close deals.

Required Experience:

  • Relevant experience in hotel sales and events
  • Previous experience in hotel/resort is preferred.
