• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts

• Drive employee engagement and retention programs

• Handle employee relations with professionalism and care

• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and policies

• Oversee performance management and training initiatives

• Support department heads with HR best practices

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven HR management experience (hospitality industry preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
