Be responsible for all human resources function to assist human resources manager at all times the most efficient costs and processes and compliance with the Company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

**Recruitment & Training (50%)

- In charge of the recruitment tasks

- Approach & flow up probation assessment, termination and disciplinary.

- Assist for training program for employees

**C&B (50%)

- In charge of the monthly attendance and payroll

- In charge SHUI complies as law

- Responsible of PIT tasks

- Handle all the employee papers: labor contract, appendix, decision ...

- Manage and record the kinds of employee database, leaves by soft and hard copies

- In charge all reports to government office as requirement of law

- In charge leading of company event: Birthday, Women day, Company trip ...

- In charge of Labor Union: Policy, Follow-up activities ...

- Other tasks will be assigned by HRM
