Mô tả công việc
- Greet and welcome guests, especially VIPs and returning customers.
- Monitor and respond promptly to guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Supervise and train the Guest Relations team to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain guest profiles and ensure personalized service based on preferences.
- Handle guest incidents and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare reports related to guest feedback, service issues, and overall guest experience.
- Organize special arrangements for celebrations, anniversaries, or VIP visits.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
