Mô tả công việc
- Warmly welcome and check in VIP guests, repeat guests, and special request guests.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest needs throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles to support personalized service.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Prepare welcome letters, amenities, and room inspections for VIP guests.
- Conduct courtesy calls and collect guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the Front Desk with check-in/check-out when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles (hotel experience is preferred).
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
