JOB SUMMARY
Assist DOSM in all aspects of the sales and closing process by becoming directly involved in all business relationships transactions.
Able to handle, prioritize and execute all administrative work. Incoming calls / faxes and email, should be attended immediately to the specific area of responsibility, in such a manner that ensures complete satisfaction for both customers and colleagues.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
• Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as needed.
• Make new files, maintain existing files.
• Act as a receptionist for manager and, when necessary, other department members, providing assistance to callers as required.
• Produce and distribute correspondence from written copy, or when required, use dictating equipment.
• Assist managers in preparation of various reports and presentations.
• Compose, produce and sign correspondence on routine matters. With specific permission, sign for Managers and release.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Produce and sent out follow-up letters for outside calls, site inspections, inquiries, cancellations, lost business, contracts, etc.
• Transfers accurate, complete and timely information to operating departments at the properties.
• Effectively resolves guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process
• Participates in guest satisfaction review sessions to identify areas of improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience is required
