Mô tả công việc

Generate and manage catering leads through various channels (walk-ins, calls, emails, and networking).
Identify new business opportunities in both corporate and social event sectors.
Promote and sell the hotel's event venues and catering services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Attend client meetings and events to understand their needs and provide tailored catering solutions.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
Work with the event planning team to organise and execute events seamlessly.
Prepare and present event proposals and menu options to clients.
Oversee the final details of the event, ensuring everything aligns with client expectations
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging catering ideas to ensure the hotel’s offerings remain competitive.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and demand.

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred
1-3 years of experience in a sales or catering-related role within the hotel or events industry is commonly required.
