Sales Coordinator (Corporate, TA)

• Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day sales administrative tasks such as keeping organized sales records, preparing minutes of all briefings and meetings, collating information for sales reports, and related sales administration tasks.
• Ensure that the one-stop shopping concept is applied at all times for any lead generated for Corporate, Leisure sales and endorses to Sales person in charge for handling.
• Supports in maintaining an effective account management system through Protel.
• Supports in tracing accounts and bookings that are logged into Protel daily and ensuring that traces are acted upon timely and thorough manner by the sales person in charge.
• Assist in drafting all business contracts Sales team.
• To ensure to communicate to the Sales team all group leads for handling.
• Keep the department head updated on any internal matters relating to hotel staff and events.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
• Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
