Sales Executive - Citadines Central Binh Duong

• Marking an average of 8 to 10 sales call a day and mainly in charge to bring guests to the property for site inspection
• Merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for Citadines Central Binh Duong
• Be the primary person responsible for leasing long-term & short-term guests
• To update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month
• Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for
• Initiate prospecting and solicitation of new accounts in the corporate territory; manage current accounts to maximize apartment nights
• Prepare daily sales reports supporting productivity standards
• Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of client and Citadines Central Binh Duong
• Periodically contact client while in-house to be certain all is in order and going well

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Proven experience in sales (preferred Hospitality / Tourism): At least one (1) year
• English / Chinese communication skills
