Assist the Director of FB in developing and executing facility strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the human and physical assets of his/her assigned area of responsibilities within the framework of the established philosophy, policies and quality standards of Catering and Conference Services, in order to achieve established profit goals while assuring optimum professional development of all employees directly responsible to him/her.
Must at all times meet guests and financial expectations.
To perform other tasks assigned by Management.
