- Supervise the Finance team in daily operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee AP, AR, Cost Control, Tax reports, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Support the Financial Controller in team development, audits, and variance analysis.
- Maintain strong internal controls, monitor expenses, and ensure timely month-end closing.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 3 years in a supervisory accounting role, preferably in hospitality.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and hospitality accounting systems (PMS knowledge is a plus).
- Proven leadership and people management skills; capable of training, motivating, and evaluating team members.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and work effectively under pressure.
