The Sales Executive is responsible for implementation, building and maintaining client relationships, and enhancing brand awareness in the hospitality and F&B sectors. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Promote F&B’s products and services to increase market share.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Sell and coordinate private dining, events, and catering services for corporate and social gatherings. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events and personalized guest experiences. Provide comprehensive event planning support to clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Be present at the outlet to learn about products, take care of customers, and engage in all other related activities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Other scopes assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Working Time: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon – Fri
- Working equipment: 01 laptop with email account, 01 telephone with a specific extension line
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
