Scope and General Purpose of Job:

• Commercial ambassador of the Clinic in all commercial touch points.

• To approach the overall sales leadership activities from a strategic perspective.

• To serve as the primary point of contact for the Clinic within the responsible area of overall selling and booking related questions and activities.

• To lead and coach the team on selling the offering for best possible performance for the Clinic.

• Main responsible leader of managing and coordinating any bookings/request from consumers utilizing our social media and apps channels to communicate for events.

• To keep a well-prepared rolling 12-months commercial selling & communication strategy (all revenue streams) for the Clinic and to ensure its reviewed on a weekly basis to catch any new opportunities in markets.

• Responsible for commercial selling budget development and execution in conjunction with Managing Director, Verita Manager and Director of Wellness

• Lead and promote a high sales intensity management environment for the Clinic.

• Lead and develop the consumer membership programs for agreed clients.

• Lead and develop the client incentive programs to further create increased loyalty and volumes.

• To utilize all skills within Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and communications to drive the markets to reach the Clinic’s budget and go beyond.

• To serve as the primary point of contact for the Clinic within the responsible area of overall communication-related questions and activities.

• Be the main responsible leader of managing and coordinating responses to consumers utilizing our social media and apps channels to communicate.

• Lead and promote content management strategy and implementation for the Clinic.

Core Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Continually review and upgrade the client base.

• Ensure that all new team members are properly oriented in the strategy and positioning of the Verita Health brand, and able to articulate this positioning in the marketplace.

• Ensure that all members of the team have the appropriate face-to-face selling skills to successfully do their job.

• Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.

• Ensure department operational budget is adhered to including effective cost control and procedures for approval of expenditure.

• Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips and roadshows as required to meet the sales targets of the clinic.

• Create and implement packages and promotions for need periods.

• Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise.

• Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the Clinic.

• Ensure that all administration work is processed quickly and efficiently.

• Be a front-runner of the Clinic toward important networks such as but not limited to, AmCham, AusCham, etc.

• Oversee all marketing/PR and digital and ecommerce activity including the management of the Clinic’s online, digital, attractions, online activities, online upgrade systems, apps or any additional initiatives that will drive performance for the Clinic.

• To lead the digital marketing efforts to include, Search Engine Marketing (including PPC and SEO), Mobile Marketing, Display Advertising, Social Media advertisement and assisting with Social Media Planning.

• Implement best practice rules to optimize content (images, content, links, and accurate translations) relevancy, accuracy and performance on Brand.com.

• Develop measure and optimize ROI on new traffic generating channels.

• E-Commerce - Clinic website management

• Develop Ecommerce strategies and best practices for the clinic web site such as content management, traffic driving tactics and other strategies.

• Responsible for maintaining relevant and search oriented key words to be up to date and optimized in all agreed languages.

• Collaborate with partner agencies to develop annual business plans for responsible Clinic to ensure sound comprehensive strategic recommendations and ensure ROI goals are achieved for SEO, PPC, mobile and social activity.

• Develop measures and executing social media activities, which will include put together creative strategies to generate Fan Base.

• Working with agency on tagging and monitoring social media performance using approved tools.

• Responsible to drive/evaluate business case documents put together by Clinic for use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Line, WeChat, Tik Tok, X or other social media channel requests to drive production to our websites.

• Maintain overall clinic commercial communication budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with the Clinic, etc.).

• Identify, articulate and rationalize insights and recommendations to Management team

• Participate in all strategic reviews with General Manager Verita to establish all the strategic actions and budgets for the Clinic.

• Provide ongoing updates of industry news, trends, issues, site features and best practices to Management Team and help educate Clinic on overall commercial communication knowhow.

• Primary responsible for driving the Clinics marketing and PR efforts

• Coach appointed team member to drive the relationships of the Vietnamese market for consumer medias, bloggers and influencers to ensure the clinic have a very strong domestic appeal.
