Mô tả công việc
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal recreational activity schedules for guests
- Supervise recreation team members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely, professionally, and meet guest expectations.
- Monitor and maintain all recreational areas, equipment, and facilities in excellent condition.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints or issues related to recreational services.
- Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Spa) to coordinate events or package offers.
- Manage the recreation budget, including equipment procurement and cost control.
- Promote activities through signage, newsletters, or digital platforms to maximize participation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Science, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recreation or guest activities, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Energetic, creative, and customer service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic first aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recreational booking or scheduling systems.
