Welcoming VIP customers at the VIP Lounge of the shopping mall
Taking care of VIP customer, ensures customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge
Providing information for VIP customers, ensuring the best conditions at the VIP Lounge
Collect information from potential customers to support making VIP cards

From 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center (Receptionist & Customer Care Position, etc.)
Be able to make drinks such as tea, coffee, smoothie, etc.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Good service mind and service skills
Can work on shift

Shift 1: 08h30 - 17h30
Shift 2: 14h00 - 22h00
06 days/week, 01 weekly off/week
