Mô tả công việc

 Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional manner.

 Act as the first point of contact and assist in connecting guests with service staff.

 Manage guest reservations and walk-ins; ensure tables are properly assigned.

 Seat guests according to party size and preferences, offering menus promptly.

 Track and update guest attendance, reservations, and relevant reports.

 Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
 Provide information about the menu, beverages, events, and promotions.
 Monitor guest preferences, special occasions, and alert management when needed.
 Handle guest feedback and minor issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Female only.
Fixed shift from 14:00 to 22:00, with Sundays off
Excellent English communication skills.
Well-groomed appearance and high level of professionalism.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude.
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
