Responsible for controlling issues related to Labor Contract, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS.
Manage hiring junior vacant related to F&B & keep updating Organization Chart.
Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits
Check the monthly timesheets, in charge of payroll calculation, taxes, and insurance of F&B.
Review, compare, and ensure compliance of the benefits policies with internal rules and regulations.
Labor Contract
Follow up and remind employees to evaluate probation, renew contracts,…
Create, submit & revoke and document labor contracts.
HRIS management
Input new employee records from TA, input new employee data into HR Software.
Maintain employee records systematically & organize.
Update data when there is a change in salary, position, workplace.
Create ID, User on Portal and send to new employees.
Manage master data files with excel.
Exit Procedure
Receive resignation letter, do exit interview;…
Check debts: Uniforms, training, handing over form.
Create severance decisions and severance agreements.
Recruitment
Screen CVs and conduct pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, as well as do a reference check within the network if possible.
Prepare Offer Letter, get CEO's signature & send Offer Letter to successful candidates.
On-boarding new employees
Prepare working tools and equipment for new employees: email, computer, stationery, employee code…
Perform interactive work to monitor and support newcomers during their probation period; follow up their probation evaluation to have back-up plan.
Organization Chart
Update new personnel to Organization Chart (using Visio software) when there is a change.
Create a new organizational chart as requested from the HR Manager.
Other tasks
Make payments related to payroll & send to Accounting monthly.
Check & reconcile salary assure accurately before sending to Accounting.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Working Time: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon – Fri
- Working equipment: laptop provided
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Executive in the F&B/Hospitality, strong at C&B.
