Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Handle labor contracts, compensation & benefits, and HR policy updates.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive working environment.
• Support audits and client inspections related to labor and compliance.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead or support initiatives for employee engagement and organizational culture improvement

MAJOR TASKS/ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH
1. Strategic Human Resources Management
• Develop, implement, and adapt HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are consistent with the company culture, focusing on premium services.
2. Recruitment and Talent Development
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance both technical and soft skills, with a particular focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Performance Management and Compensation
• Establish transparent and fair performance evaluation systems (KPIs).
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits policies to motivate and retain employees.
4. Total Rewards and Performance Management
• Deliver C&B activities related to payroll management, benefits and rewards development
• Maintain and upgrade the performance management process, competency system and assessment of employees
• Plan and monitor of annual HR budget and manpower plan
5. Employee Relations and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and effectively resolve employee-related issues.
• Oversee labor contracts, payroll, social insurance, and other HR administrative processes.
6. Corporate Culture and Work Environment
• Promote a corporate culture that reflects the core values of Rever Cruises: integrity, dicipline, prestigous, collaborative, creative, profesionalism…
• Foster a supportive and professional work environment that encourages work-life balance.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role, preferably in hospitality or premium service industries and working in Hospitality is a plus.
2. Skills
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, professional, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure.
