Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role plays a key part in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the F&B outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Endeavor to remember guests' names and address them by their surnames.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Provide product knowledge and make menu recommendations when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Process payments accurately and handle POS systems.
• Set up and clear tables according to service standards.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support colleagues and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
