Mô tả công việc
- Warmly welcoming and greeting all guests, with particular attention to Russian-speaking guests, in their native language.
- Proactively engaging with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and any special requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests within the F&B outlets.
- Providing menu explanations, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations in Russian.
- Assisting with any language-related needs or inquiries.
- Ensuring all guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
- Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalating to management when necessary.
- Anticipating potential guest issues and proactively addressing them.
