Mô tả công việc

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the leisure segment and inbound tour operators.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing leisure partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate room rates, group pricing, and tailor packages for leisure clients based on seasonal demand and market trends.
• Conduct sales calls, sales trips, site inspections, and familiarization (FAM) trips to promote hotel products and services.
• Participate in travel trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to launch promotions, seasonal campaigns, and staycation packages targeting leisure travelers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide regular feedback and reports to management.
• Manage and update the customer database via CRM system to ensure accurate records and effective client communication.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and action plans on a regular basis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
