Managing daily food preparation, production and implementation of menus which are designed to deliver innovative, safe food which meet market/ guest needs and fall within budgeted guidelines.
Quản lý việc chuẩn bị, sản xuất thực phẩm hàng ngày và thực hiện các thực đơn được thiết kế để cung cấp thực phẩm an toàn, sáng tạo, đáp ứng nhu cầu của thị trường/khách hàng và nằm trong ngân sách hướng dẫn.
Works in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests
Làm việc cùng với các nhóm dịch vụ để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và dịch vụ cho khách.
Maintains Health and safety standards in the kitchen
Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn Sức khỏe và An toàn trong bếp.

Be able to communicate in English
Experience 1-3 years in a similar position in upscale luxury hotels.
Can work under high pressure
Knowledge in HACCP
