Mô tả công việc

- Proactively develop and seek potential customers for consultation on purchasing flight tickets, tour packages, combos, hotel bookings, visas, etc.

- Search for new clients to sell flight tickets, hotel rooms, and travel tours.

- Close deals to increase bookings for travel packages and hotels, aiming to enhance engagement and attract tourists nationwide.

- Develop and organize travel programs, including itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and activities.

- Work with travel service providers to ensure smooth tour operations.

- Manage and supervise tour activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction.

- Handle arising issues during tours, such as itinerary changes, accommodation adjustments, or customer concerns.

- Provide customers with clear and accurate tour information.

- Support customers with bookings and respond to inquiries.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to promote tours.

- Stay updated on travel trends and research attractive destinations.

- Prepare job performance evaluations, KPI reports, and collect customer feedback to improve services.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

- Previous experience in inbound tour sales is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of tourist destinations, transportation, and travel activities.

- Proficient in English.

- Strong planning, organizational, and management skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

- Proficient in office tools and tour booking software.

- Willing to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
