Admission Executive / Chuyên Viên Tuyển Sinh (Ưu tiên nữ)

Student Recruitment & Counseling

• Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students and parents about programs, admissions procedures, and career opportunities.

• Conduct campus tours, info sessions, and participate in recruitment events or education fairs.

Application Management

• Handle the end-to-end admissions process, including application intake, document verification, interview coordination, and offer issuance.

• Maintain applicant records and ensure timely updates in the admissions system.

Communication & Follow-Up

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with applicants via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

• Follow up regularly to guide applicants through the decision-making and enrollment process.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with academic teams, marketing, and student services to ensure a smooth admissions journey.

• Coordinate with the finance department on application fees and tuition payments.

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare regular reports on application trends, conversion rates, and student demographics.

• Monitor and analyze admission data to support continuous improvement.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to admissions policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of student records.

Customer Experience & Branding

• Uphold the Academy’s image and reputation through a warm, service-minded, and professional approach.

• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming first impression for all prospective students.

• Minimum—Bachelor’s degree.

• Have experience in education and at least 2 years working experience in sales.

• Have wide network & rich experience with corporate clients.

• Excellent sales skill.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.

• Ability to travel and expand the network at provinces.
