Mô tả công việc

Support the development and organization of travel programs, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.

Assist in coordinating with travel service providers for smooth tour execution.

Help manage tour operations and address customer needs.

Aid in handling tour-related issues and adjustments.

Assist in communicating tour information clearly to customers.

Support customers with tour inquiries and bookings.

Collaborate with the team to promote and market tours.

Stay updated on travel trends and popular destinations.

Assist in preparing reports and gathering customer feedback.

Yêu cầu công việc

Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

Passion for travel and a desire to gain experience in the tourism industry.

Availability to work on a flexible schedule.

Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
