Thông tin cơ bản

Mô tả công việc

  1. Performance Management & Training (50%)
  • Process and administer all internal training programs according to the company’s regulations.
  •  Assess training needs and develop and deliver training programs for various levels of individuals.
  • Design and prepare all training materials for training courses, including slides, videos, records, and other relevant materials.
  • Track and maintain training records (schedules, attendance, feedback), and reports
  •  Build a yearly training plan, training result analysis, and training data management.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding (10%)
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Employee Relations (10%)
  •  Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Compensation & Benefits (10%)
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of employee data.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
4. HR Administration (10%)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist with Visa/Work permit for expats
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation (5%)
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
6. Others (5%)
  • Support employee communication and engagement activities, such as internal events, workshops, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good Communication in English
  • At least 2- 5 years of HR experience, especially in hospitality, retail, and shopping mall businesses)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
