Supporting the Sales Department's efforts to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share, assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the resort's offerings are effectively promoted to various market segments.

1. SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
  • Assist the Director of Sales/Sales Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential and existing clients, showcasing the resort's facilities, services, and unique selling propositions.
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated.
  • Negotiate rates and packages with clients to maximize revenue while securing business.
  • Focus on specific market segments as assigned (e.g., MICE, corporate accounts, tour operators, wedding planners).
2. QUẢN LÝ QUAN HỆ KHÁCH HÀNG / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service delivery and resort offerings.
3. MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS:
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Support the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
4. REVENUE GENERATION & STRATEGY SUPPORT:
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling resort services and amenities.
  • Contribute to the creation of attractive sales packages and promotional offers.
5. REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and sales records in the system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, production reports, and forecasts, for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as correspondence, filing, and preparing sales kits.
6. TEAM COLLABORATION & SUPPORT:
  • Collaborate effectively with other resort departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Events, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Support and assist the Director of Sales/Sales Manager in their daily tasks and projects.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and resort-wide events as required.
  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort.

• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession.

• Graduating from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business.

• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language.

• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software.

• Mastering in hospitality activities.

• Having good situation solving skills.

• Being able to work independently under high pressure.

• Having good commercial and business sense

• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well.
