2. Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts
3. Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan
4. Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers
5. Site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations
6. Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process
7. Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets and practices yield management
8. Process all reservations and lease agreement in a timely and efficient manner
9. Provide timely reports or assignments delegated by superior
10. Daily sales call report (update daily before going home in PC - individual shared folder for submission to DOS’s checking)
11. Plan each day, week and month (prepare & submit itinerary to DOS)
12. Plan each call (set appointment, qualify account, clarify objective, complete sales kits).
13. After each call fill in daily planner (use excel form on PC on intranet)
14. Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned area/ territory.
15. Target setting to identify present & potential revenue, cost to sell and probability of success.
16. Make appropriate number of calls on prospects versus customers. Identify potential growth areas, and open new accounts.
17. Prepare written reports, presentations and proposals
18. Sell at a price approved for certain room types.
19. Servicing of in-house guests/ residents
20. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
21. Maintain customer profile and customer files
22. Submit the following in a timely manner: daily reports, sales plans, target setting, zone analysis, expense reports.
23. Communicate competitive information.
24. Complete and submit credit applications for new accounts
25. Comply with all company policies and procedures and operate within the expense budget
26. Work with, develop positive relationship with, communicate with and coordinate activities with other employees in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Human Resources.
27. Communicate effectively; cooperate with fellow salespeople and management.
28. Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.

Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma or Degree qualifications or higher preferred.
LANGUAGES:
Fluently in both Vietnamese/ English.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Functional knowledge of sales and marketing is essential
Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software
Strong drive for results
Self-directed and self-motivator
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION):
At least 3 years of marketing in the hospitality industry with knowledge of the market
