1. MISSION OF THE POSITION:

To design and deliver English lessons aimed at improving communication skills for operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Spa, thereby enhancing guest service quality and internal coordination.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement customized English training programs based on departmental needs and real-life hotel scenarios.
• Deliver engaging, practical lessons focused on hospitality English, guest interaction, service recovery, and workplace communication.
• Coordinate with department heads to align training content with job functions and service standards.
• Monitor and assess learners’ progress regularly; provide feedback and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Support employees in building confidence to use English in daily operations.
• Prepare lesson materials, role-play scenarios, and assessment tools.
• Maintain accurate training records and report learning outcomes to HR and L&D.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program.

• University Degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field.
• Understanding of hotel operations and service culture is a strong advantage. Flexibility in scheduling lessons based on operational availability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English - Good level, written & spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to adults, preferably in hospitality or customer service sectors.
