Reservation Manager

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of reservation agents to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient booking processes.

- Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Implement strategies to optimize room inventory and pricing based on demand and market trends.

- Ensure that all guest inquiries and reservation requests are handled promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Work closely with other hotel departments, such as sales, front office, and revenue management, to coordinate strategies and ensure seamless operations.

- Generate reports on reservation trends, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve goals.

- Utilize reservation systems and technology tools effectively to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest booking experience.

- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations related to reservations and guest data privacy.

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of reservation systems, revenue management, and hotel operations.

- Good English.

- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- International hotel or Resort is preferred.
