• Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables.

• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal.

• Handle special requests and address any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.

• Maintain a welcoming and elegant ambiance

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

• Understand the omakase menu and be able to explain dishes to guests.

• Follow proper serving procedures and etiquette.

• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

• Set up and maintain buffet areas (if applicable).

• Assist with food preparation and presentation as directed.

• Ensure all service standards are met according to restaurant guidelines.

• Collaborate with other F&B team to ensure smooth service.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

• Assist with training new team members as needed.

• Prior experience in a fine dining or Japanese restaurant is preferred.
• Understanding of Japanese cuisine, particularly omakase, is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests (in English or Japanese is a must) and team members.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
