Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure villa readiness for arrivals.
Support Hosts in handling guest requests, complaints, and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure all operational areas (Welcome Sala, vehicles, reception desk) are ready daily with sufficient supplies.
Update Airport Representatives on pickups and guest info; inform GEMs and Receptionists of VIPs and special events.
Promote upselling techniques and ensure team knowledge of resort services, promotions, and packages.
Monitor billing issues, bookings, and transactions with accuracy and transparency.
Conduct short trainings and SOP reviews for the Front Office team.
Assist with admin tasks: scheduling, payroll, and purchasing.
Maintain hygiene standards and support GEM duties when needed.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Hosts and ensure smooth team operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
Proficient in Opera PMS and POS systems.
Solid knowledge of Front Office procedures.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Capable of training and supervising team members; effective communicator with guests and management.
Eager to learn, hardworking, and adaptable under pressure.
Flexible with working hours, including overtime when necessary.
